Due to the sensitive nature and clinical grade of our products, Desert Pearl Ltd operates a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, ensuring the integrity and safety of our supply chain. This policy applies to all professional and business purchases.
Consumer rights
If you are purchasing as a private consumer (not in a professional capacity), you retain statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@dpcosmetics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that products requiring strict temperature control may be exempt from this right under Regulation 28(1)(b) as goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.
